Molecular Identification of Unknown soil microorganisms using 16SrRNA Gene Sequences. The importance of using this sequence is that, these sequences are highly conserved in all organisms, but they differ only in very few Base Pairs within the organisms. Through which it is able to differentiate the organisms in to its Species Level. The identified sequences are submitted to Gen Bank. My Gene sequence is been saved in their Database. An Accession Number is been provided to view the sequence in the Database in any further references. My identified Organism is of E.Coli Genus and Unclassified (Mutated) Species. My Role: My role is to do the experiment and to isolate the 16SrRNA Genes, Amplified using PCR method (With use of Universal Primer), and to sequence the Genes to identify the Unknown Organism. Since the Sample we used is Soil Sample, by performing serial dilution and repeated culturing of same Organism (Identified Morphologically). We isolated a single colony of Unknown Organism.Technique Used: Combining Molecular Techniques, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry.
