Review of Flowmeter, Flow Orifice, Restriction Orifice & PSV sizing. Review of Control valve, On-Off valve & Pressure Regulator sizing. Analyzers Technical bid evaluation. Instrument Level sketch preparation. Performing Instrument's Alarm, Trip Set point & Range calculations check. Instrument Signal grouping & Cable block diagram preparation. Instruments JB Wiring drawing & Cable schedule Preparation. Instrument Hook-up drawing preparation. Vendor Engineering document review & approval for manufacturing. Review of E&I 3D model, 2D deliverables & bulk MTO. Review of Process Control Narrative & Cause and Effect Drawing prepared. Review of 3rd party package vendor's Engineering & deliverables. HAZOP & SIL Studies participation. Addressing Vendor, Fabricator, Site & Customer queries.Vendor follow up & Expediting.Identifying the project issues, highlighting to project team and sorting out.Attending Control system hardware & software FAT.Fabrication support for skids.Site support for Installation & Commissioning.

Reviewing RFQ/Tender documents and to raise the pre bid queries. Preparation of Risk and Mitigation summary for each proposal. Developing Competitive Bid to achieve the Targeted Order Booking with desired Contribution Margin. Attending project KOM after receiving the order. Preparing the project deliverables. Performing necessary Detailed Engineering in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical & Process. Fabrication, FAT & Site support. Preparation of P&IDs. Performing Gas Phase analysis to study the Gas behavior. Gas Filter sizing, Gas Booster sizing & Heater sizing. Simulation of complete skid by loop wise with all component to evaluate Pressure & Temperature Drop. Pipe wall thickness calculation & Line sizing. (Pipe & Tube) Flange Rating calculation. Manual valves selection. Datasheet preparation, Selection & Sizing of Field Instruments. Junction Box wiring Drawing preparation. Heater & Heater Control panel vendor wiring drawing review.
