• Worked on automating Competitor Intelligence (CI) Report generation, ensuringenhancements to the report and Monthly delivery were made in timely manner for each occurrence; lead the related ad-hoc analysis.• Extended CI-ASP solution to LAM and APAC markets by coordinating with local teams to finalize the solution and share with the global team to enable Global ASP view.• Took care of end-to-end deployment of CI PowerBI Self-Service Dashboard.• Supported on the Transaction Level Profitability (TLP) Project.

Worked with a leading Insurance provider in Bahrain. • My day to day work included Understanding stakeholder requirements, conducting Gap Analysis and suggesting solutions by doing market research and conducting competitive analysis with other market players in the field.• Documenting the requirements in the form of flow diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, creating User Stories, defining acceptance criterion and eventually putting it all together in the form of FSD for the developers to refer to, so that essence is not lost in communication.• Worked onsite in Bahrain to better understand the challenges being faced by the stakeholders in coordinating across departments, developed end to end processes to streamline the information flow starting from gathering requirements and ending at deploying products for end users with all other steps in between viz. getting approvals at various stages, keeping communication channels open at all times to resolve conflicts etc.• Donned the hat of PM at times to lead the team of 11 members while conducting daily status calls, managing deliverables and milestones and conveying the same to the stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Collaborated directly with the senior management as the first data hire to make use of over 1.5 million archive data-points coming from external app to draw actionable insights to derive business growth. • Set up the data and reporting infrastructure from scratch using SQL Queries and Tableau to provide real-time insights into key marketing, sales and other business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Built operational reporting in Tableau by making use of bins, parameters and action highlighters resulting in improved marketing efficiency by 27% YoY basis.• Used various advance Excel tools such as Vlookup and Pivot Tables to analyze the data at micro level leading to increased Sales and Profits by 21% and 32% YoY basis respectively for two consecutive years with similar growth figures.• Set up triggers, functions and stored procedures by making use of various aggregate and window functions to make the implemented solutions future-ready and user-friendly so that even senior stakeholders can use the data tools to conduct analysis on key KPIs.

Worked with the Application Support team to migrate the overall workings of the Library from the local Software(VLIS) to the leading open-source Integrated Library System(ILS) named KOHA. Wrote SQL queries to extract relevant data from database to generate reports.

Worked as part of the IIT-IIM group in the Operations department and closelyobserved the methodology they follow.
