Solar Vehicle: Our team developed a solar vehicle for agriculture, which runs purely on solar power during the day (supported by dry cell batteries) and can be used for plowing, sowing, fertilizing within the farm which costs about ₹ 80,000/- and absolutely minimum maintenance. 2. Automated drip irrigation system : We developed an automated drip irrigation system which could irrigate the farm based on weather, crop condition, moisture in soil etc and eliminate the need of farmer monitoring the power maintenance windows (which are very frequent in India, probably once in 8 hrs) and trigger the irrigation system using a simple phone call and interacting to the system via keypad (DTMF)
