Successfully delivered multiple projects covering Salesforce, Data migration, application development and account expansion donning both BA & PM roles- Enhanced inhouse Salesforce Real-estate app by eliciting requirements for (existing and) new modules such as visitor management, Delivery (Mailroom) management as per the roadmap. - Elicited and documented requirements for external clients (Derwent/Forest homes) through facilitating workshops and regular requirements exploration meetings.- Created marketing collateral such as customer success stories, case studies, project narratives, and functional demos for marketing (& sales) teams.- Supported account expansion activities by identifying opportunities to sell products/services working with Account Managers (Sales) to realize these opportunities.- Managed project internal Build and Test teams, 3rd party and offshore teams.- Agile delivery management (all agile ceremonies & methodology).

Took over an in-flight Digital Transformation programme and managed end-to-end requirements covering 6 work streams (Sales, Operations, Compliance, Learning experience, Learning design & Digital Cloud platform-BUD).- Gathered, analysed and refined E2E requirements into a Master backlog and helped the management prioritise and define the MVP for the Pilot Launch.- Led workshops and defined As-Is & To-Be states for the entire apprentice/student life cycle. - Performed gap analysis between existing processes and the processes of the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) SaaS system.- Assisted in building and refining the Target Operating Model for DxD by providing valuable insights from the gap analysis.- Developed tailored business processes and Learning solutions for Government clients such as MoD and HMRC within the DxD project.- Revamped reporting requirements for DxD Learners (covering over 40 reports and 900+ data points)
