As the founder and owner, I successfully implemented repair-service-return modules for UTStarcom and 3Com India, with pick-up locations across India and repair vendors in Singapore and China. I developed an online real-time web-based service maintenance system for Panasonic Systems Division, this included the setup of a spare parts warehouse in New Delhi. I secured and managed the BSNL Multiplay 2007 project for UTStarcom, handling project operations and distribution across 160 destinations in India. The firm also provided value-added solutions such as freight management, clearances, warehousing, distribution, order management, reverse logistics, and project handling. I also established import flows, clearances, and warehouses for a large US MNC.
