Ensure that Company's commercial interests are protected at all times. Examine the Contract Agreement and Specification on award of Contract.Review the tender documents and price breakdown and allocate cost codes to all plannedresources, set up the project on the contract centre and prepare the start-up memorandum in accordance with the start-up procedure, thereby establishing the project budgets.Advise the project manager of key elements and ensure that all contractual obligations. Ensure completion certificates are signed on completion of projects to evidence commencement of warranty periods. Ensure project time keeping is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that unit rate items are measured and agreed with clients as soon as is practicable. Agree lump sum variations with the clients designated representative in a timely manner and in accordance with the Contract terms & conditions. Prepare all contractual correspondence required on projects for review by the Contracts Manager prior to submission. Preparation of subcontract documents for review and approval by the Contracts manager.Monitoring the assigned job in progress with the estimated time frame and budgeted costing and planning.Monitor material wastage and ensure unused materials are returned to stock. Settlement of final account and contract close-out with the assistance of Contracts Manager.Agreement of the final account with the clients designated representative prior to the Rig’s Departure or Delivery of vessel from our yard. Prepare project performance statements on a monthly basis and in a timely manner.Invoicing of job carried out by the production department based on the work done certificate duly signed and stamp by the client/ client representative and settlement the same.

 Prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of full estimates on conceptual, design-build or general tender work. Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Monitoring the assigned job in progress with the estimated time frame and budgeted costing and planning. Conducting various inspections on the vessel to ensure that the work/job executed is in compliance with preset technical specification and scope of work issued to the production department. Ensuring additional jobs on variation orders raised by the operations are duly signed by the customer prior under taking the job and ensuring that all concerned personnel are aware of the alteration in the scope of work. Coordinate with the implementing Supervisors to ensure each contract is completed in time and to the required specification within the budgeted cost. Liaison with the purchase department for subcontract quotations/spares price and follow up of materials. Preparation of work done certificate and signing/stamping the same from the client or owners representative of ship. Invoicing of job carried out by the production department based on the work done certificate duly signed and stamp by the client/ client representative and settlement the same.
