Mother Teresa said“A life not lived for others is not a life”Hello and welcome to my page.With more than 35 years of experience working in different organizations, from start-ups to privately held and multinational companies, I am pretty adaptable and quickly understand the unique challenges each organization faces in achieving its full potential.In my corporate roles, on the one side, I opened companies and successfully established the organization structure and on the other side I had to perform the difficult task of closing down companies during the economic challenges of 2008-2010. This experience led me to work with strategic teams for implementing organization’s strategic vision and also gave me the opportunity to work at the grassroot level ensuring the “People-first Approach” with those that were getting affected by those strategic decisions.More recently, during the onset of pandemic, I started my own not-for-profit organization, building it from Ground Zero and then scaling its operations in five years to make it a global organization with the vision of “Empowering People & Building a Community”I am passionate about bringing like-minded people together for a common cause.“Building Communities” is a “passion” for me.
