Currently working as a Lead Software Developer at Romax Technology, Pune. I'm leading a Offshore Development Center which includes a team of 7+ passionate developers, including me. This ODC is an extension to the team of our expert Development Team headquartered in Nottingham, United Kingdom. We have a robust integration with our HQ Dev Team as a part of different Agile Squads. I'm primarily responsible for leading, mentoring, up-skilling and the overall line management of the ODC. Along with that, I also work as a Simulation Developer in the NVH and Dynamics squad, and responsible for developing and delivering new features for Romax Nexus's "Spectrum" product.

I was working as a Team Leader in KBE (Knowledge Based Engg) which majorly encapsulate CAE process automation/ customization in CAE software's framework like Altair HW suite, Arup Oasys, LMS, ANSYS... etc. I've major experience in the field of KBE & CAE customization using different languages/ technologies which includes TCL/Tk, Python, C, C#, JavaScript, VBS, Shell script. With CAE, I've closely worked with different domain experts in the respective domains like Crash, CFD, Durability, NVH & even some testing agencies in Tata Motors Limited, Pune. Our team have won first prize in Altair Technology Conference - 2013 in "Process Automation" category for presenting a paper on "Process Automation Load-Body Analysis".
