This opportunity is quite rare, as even permanent staff members typically require more than one year to join this department.Throughout my banking career, I gained extensive knowledge in customer service and customer relationship management. I derive great satisfaction from delighting customers and thrive on engaging with them, handling difficult situations, and resolving issues through continuous follow-ups.I was honored to be recognized as the Best Relationship Manager for Private Banking customers during my tenure as Branch Manager at Nations Trust Bank's Wennappuwa branch. Furthermore, I led my team at the Negombo branch to win the award for Best Customer Service Branch in 2017 and also achieved the Best Customer Relationship Officer award under the Negombo Branch.Currently, I am engaged in Quality Assurance at a Higher Education Institute, which is closely related to customer service.I am also focused on operations. Throughout my banking career, I have aimed to achieve the highest audit ratings, reflecting the quality of branch operations. I have consistently worked on process improvements from an early age, contributing to many enhancements in the banking sector that streamlined operational monitoring. As a Branch Manager, I successfully guided my team toward achieving top audit ratings for our branches.One recent example of a process improvement I implemented in my current workplace was the digitalization of the employee leave process. This initiative reduced paper and printing costs, minimized time wastage, and eliminated delays. Additionally, I initiated several process improvements in the Human Resources Department, which significantly enhanced internal customer service levels.
