Plan and forecast sell-out by month by several channel and get aligned with sell out target with each channel (E-commerce channel: TMALL,JD,DMALL,Tiktok).Manage launch forecast system (E- fast system) &Launch performance analysis.E-commerce forecast validation and adjustment. Follow monthly forecast consumption analysis.Control slow moving and bad stock and co-work with PM team and sales team to work on the action plan to reduce the product scrap.

Responsible for online channel’s by daily&by monthly sales report.Top SKU/franchise performance tracking, monitor competitor’s promotion activities,explore potential business opportunities,adjust internal strategies in time.Provide promotion guideline to different channels; Improve product concentration and gross profit.Responsible for signing annual contracts and rebate agreements for distributors;Monthly rebate accounting and verification.Develop GWP(mechanism/quantity)/value set plan by channel according to sales target.
