I investigate classical and quantum algorithms for modeling the statistics of classical nonlinear dynamical systems.- Developed from scratch the software infrastructure for the research project, including classical algorithmic pipeline for systems modeling (problem formulation, simulation, and post-processing).- Beat existing packages by a factor of 100 in runtime in crucial classical algorithmic subroutines.- Designed quantum-classical hybrid algorithm and quantum error correction (QEC) methods, leading to positive results from IonQ’s 11-qubit machine and first-author presentation at APS March Meeting.

Major achievements include: - Engineered an algorithm to crawl through database with more than 100 daily new uploads and gather data sets of interest. - Analyzed the utility of convolution on data denoising and missing entries interpolation. - Discovered decay trend in observed data by utilizing power spectrum decomposition and isolating sources of signals through spectral unmixing.
