• Installation supervision and advising will include mechanical fastener torque and material verification, dimensional review of installation positionand interference avoidance, pump skid alignment verification, piping system material, union, flushing, and pressure testing verification,. Verification of load testing on load handling equipment and other such verifications as required to comply with NOV established installation instructions.• MC check for NOV equipments. Check it and mark on MC check list. Repair or replace damaged parts, Grease all the grease nipple, Check gear oil lever and mark the date on the motor, Line check for hydraulic pipeline.• Start up the equipment. Open the valve of pressure line. Check all the line no leakage, if leakage need to fixed it. Increase and decrease the system pressure to working pressure. Rotation check for the motor, Function test it by manual. Trouble shooting for the abnormal of all system.• Pre-commissioning for NOV equipment. Function test it by pre-commissioning procedure and mark on it. Assist electrical and plc to test remote and auto model. Trouble shooting for all the problems when we pre-commissioning.• Commissioning for NOV equipment. Delivery commissioning inspection to owner and DNV. Demonstration all the function by commissioning procedure. When finish need sign on the procedure.• Remove all the punch.• Operate and preservation all of NOV equipment, Examples of equipment are Pipe handling crane,5/10T winch, Automated Pipe Racking Systems, Automated Pipe Torque Wrenches, Top Drives, Automated Pipe Elevators, Rotary Tables, Fingerboards, Casing handling Modules, Service and Maintenance Baskets, Automated Draw Works Systems, Mud Pumps & Choke and Kill manifolds.

• Performing commissioning work on vessel systems and vessel mechanical equipment based on vendor recommendation and in compliance with the company PTW system.• Performing line walk and check status of piping and its accessories .e.g.: SW cooling system &FW cooling system & MGO system & Steam system & compressor air system & sewage system & bilge system etc.• Doing tendering work on energized equipment and record parameters as per ITR-B list.e.g.:all of pumps & boiler & diesel generator & emergency generator & main engine & C.O.P.T&MGO purifier & Compressor etc.• Performing test and proving functionality of system to PC and ABS based on OTP.• Performing inspection and cleaning of pumps/strainers and package equipment.• Preparing the equipment and its accessories and ensure it is readiness for commissioning.• Operating and maintaining the equipment.• Removing all punch form ABS and PC.• Attending the sea trial.
