Leading a team of 3 culturally diverse managers to sustainably manage AIESEC in UNNC financially whilst seeking partnerships with local firms or international firms and like-minded organizations in order to achieve AIESEC in UNNC vision more effectively. My responsibilities include:-Esuring a healthy cash flow and financial standing of the organisation.-Taking a consultative role on any potential investments made by the organisation.-Integrate external resources to develop our organization, products, talent.-B2B marketing through regularly attending networking events and operating B2B platform.- Liaising with local and national partners to maintain relationships whilst ensuring expectations are fulfilled. e.g.MARS，ABInbev，YOUNGOR GROUP CO.,LTD，AUX，Education First.-Oranizing events such as workshops about career, sales,markeing and presentations for our member or partners, often aimed towards university students.-Hold the offline events to engage our orgernisation to make more social impact and attraction in our campus and Ningbo.-Seeking and sourcing new Leads to help achieve the organisation's goals (AIESEC 2020) and align SDG. (Sustainable Development Goal)

-Develop and retain channel clients through regular visits, info- meetings and product trainings -Take full ownership of channel sales in the region and reach sales targets-Design and organize activities and event in to reach potential customers-Achieve excellent customer service by delivering good after-sale service from visa process to pre-departure arrangement
