As Board of Directors member, I planned the magazine business strategy and other guidelines for immediate magazine senior management team branding of magazine to meet our clients interest and needs.

Reservoir Engineering and Production Technology

In addition to managing organizational effectiveness, Leadership and Risk Management, My tasks include but not limited to the following:1. At the direction of the CEO and the Board Trustees, marshaling limited resources to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the organization's stakeholders and beneficiaries. 2. Developing and cascading the organization's strategy/mission statement to the lower-ranking staff, and implementing appropriate rewards/recognition and coaching/corrective practices to align personnel with IDO goals and mission. 3. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.4. Planning by prioritizing geographical coverage and beneficiaries, employee recruitments, and organizational requirements. 5. Monitoring and analyzing the current operational system of IDO or provisions to check its effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary.6. Maintaining and monitoring staffing, levels, Knowledge-Skills-Attributes (KSA), expectations and motivation to fulfill organizational requirements. 7. Planning and controlling operational and organizational changes. 8. Managing quality assurance programmes in all departments. 9. Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency. 10. Setting and reviewing operational budgets and managing cost. 11. Overseeing inventory and assets, vendors’ lists and contracts, distribution of goods and facility layout.

Testing services Trainee under Reservoir characterization groups. Surface testing activities include separators, the multi flow meter (Vx). Down-hole testing activities include DST/TCP and reservoir fluids sampling & analysis. I was tasked to do well test dynamic data analysis for one of the field being developed using Saphir NL software. Other training includes DST operation, Petrel software & Eclipse.
