I'm a computational biologist and bioinformatician, developing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to empower the bioscience research. My python package: AlphaPulldown has already been downloaded more than 42,000 times in just 1 year and empowered a number of studies. I optimise and fine-tune deep neural networks, such as AlphaFold, to study host-pathogen interactions.
