1. Work for Windows selfhost program in QCOM Windows Group. Responsible for automated test tool enhancement and developing test data aggregation and reporting workflow. Successfully integrate ASH (accelerated selfhost) test framework to QCOM selfhost community to significantly improve test coverage, test quality and expose more escaped production issues.2. Design and work closely with Microsoft test tools team to build the first concurrency-based priority-driven automated test framework for Windows phone testing, which improve test quality, test coverage and minimize issue escape rate.3. Active test framework developer who contributes to organization automated test infrastructure development, performance enhancement, and author test harness/parser (Python) for new automation to be run on hundreds for devices that used by various software test teams within QCOM.4. Serves as a full-stack developer in the organizational Web-based reporting service project (C#/MVC/RAZOR/JS/Entity DB engine) which significantly improve report coverage and accuracy of leveled test results and reverse integration test data by introducing smart aggregation and fast trending.5. Serve as a core member of test automation team, who is responsible for designing and enabling new automated test tools and test workflows. Work closely with various QCOM test teams and MSFT tools team to onboard new automated test frameworks to improve Windows devices test quality and shorten test cycle.
