Supply chain plan managementBuild up group procurement’s order cost structure bench marking system.Build S&OP and order plan with market cost and risk forecast system by introducing risks of raw material changes, labour, FOREX, tax, anti dumping policy, demand changes, to adjust order plan/price, stock, VMI promotion, etc. Build up policies of group procurement, bidding, group direct/indirect sourcing on spare parts, maintenance, office supplies, and BPOs.Bidding, bench marking, KPI setting, and performance review on regional, national and international 3PLs.Departmental budget making, seasonal/annual purchasing plan, strategic vendor developing plan, new product developing plan. Job rotation plan to mitigate procurement risks.3. Supply chain strategy fullfilment:Participate in procurement of bulk commodity and orders for significant contract negotiation and execution processes.Continue improving vendor DIFOT, VMI rate, QC pass %, optimize order plan and economic stock level.
