• Coordinate with CSR, Quality Control, Supply Chain & Procurement team to receive inbound of raw materials while fulfilling customer outbounds with excellent OTIF• Work closely with 3PLs and forwarding agents to schedule weekly pickup & delivery of finished goods to distribution centers and customers across Canada, US, and Europe. • Prepare and submit transportation documents to customs broker for shipments such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and FDA prior notice• Monitor and train more than 10 folk lift operators on order selection, inventory cycle count and SAP movements to ensure seamless warehouse operation. • Utilize SAP functions to generate purchase order, process TMS and track inventory flow to analyze and resolve EDI errors with customers & 3PLs • Provide daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports to managers and directors with details of inbound/outbound results • Support IT team in the implementation of new projects such as horizon picking, pickup/delivery booking portal to optimize logistics process and inventory accuracy • Update handling unit details and packing requirements to distribution team such as FBA labels, Costco pallet ID, Walmart unit label to assure customer’s standard are followed

• Drive co-operation across function and focusing on damages, safe errors, and quality issues in order to minimise all internal damages and cost related products • Work closely with other departments to process products, inspect, and evaluate the condition of each product and come up with suitable solutions• Assess and determine new prices for damaged products that have the potential to generate profits to the company, in addition to recover products that are possible to be back to stock; contributed to 65% monthly products that are recovered from internal damage and customer return• Utilize material handling system to validate returned product IDs (RID), accurately confirm that goods are transported to other functions within the company for the purpose of ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient good flows • Support inbound logistics team in investigating products that is delivered by third party logistics (3PLs), claim received damaged products and make decision for products recovery• Perform After-Sales Service by analyzing and resolving problems from customer’s online feedbacks • Report product recovered index to department managers on monthly basis
