-Planned, developed and implemented the curriculum for the Incredible Years Parenting course based off of the needs of the cohort of parents-Facilitated parenting courses on the balance of play and discipline and helped 2 parents successfully win back custody of their children.

-Coordinated weekly work meetings and prepared monthly Operating Room (OR) and Surgery Report audit -Assisted in standardizing the monthly OR and Surgery Report audit by creating tracking templates and training manuals -Monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) – followed up outstanding balances (e.g. checked on insurance claim statuses, sent out warning letters, initiated patient refunds)
