Product Owner for Order Management system- Responsible for improving business flows and new development for order management of all channels (online/offline/B2B, e-commerce platforms, etc.).- In charge of backlog prioritization and development processes of distributed development teams based on Scrum methodology (via Jira).- Writing draft specification for each feature/user story in the project.- Responsible for strategic product roadmaps and release planning.- Coordinating with other Product Owners for staff sharing and collaboration.- Overseeing all stages of product creation, from concept design to product launch- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.

Product Manager for products featuring sensors, bookings and reports. - Responsible for maintenance and new development (following Scrum framework)- Responsible for backlog and development processes of 3 distributed development teams- Handling Feature requests and communication with customers, vendors, sales reps., etc.- Strategic product roadmaps and release planning- Coordinating with other Product Owners for cross-function features.- Hosting Sprint Review and Planning meetings- Collecting facts and figures about progress of the teams and use them as inputs for sprint evaluation.

- Maintain product knowledge expertise through company-provided training sessions and materials- Provide product training and education and developed product knowledge- Provide assistance to potential buyers utilizing knowledge of the company’s products.- Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service on new and existing accounts- Identify potential new product development opportunities with outside organizations- Create Software Requirements Specification after receiving requests and exchanging ideas with customers.- Support new product development by contributing to market segment and product requirement research activities- Work directly with technical support groups, engineering, and customers to identify, correct, and document technical support issues- Spearhead cross-functional initiative to achieve sales goals

- Create User Guide, Installation Guide, Administrator Guide, Technical Notes, etc. for all company’s projects;- Act as Support Center Officer in AOD and provide answers to issues and questions from AOP (parent company); - Compile and edit marketing materials for company’s products;- Unify and make necessary modification to put all documents into the correct format;- Prepare document package for each Release Candidate or Official Release;- Create templates for specific documents;- Provide assistance to Project Manager on production process;- Conduct interviews for the company's recruitment process.- Be responsible for contents of the company on Facebook and LinkedIn.

B9.3 project (Design/layout of Road Safety Education Materials for Vietnam - funded by the World Bank)Assist experts in conducting surveys;Prepare tender documents;Provide assistance to Project Manager on preparation of bidding paper work and project evaluation;Ensure administrative management at the office including communication, logistic work, document filing, and reporting;Perform interpretation at meetings between project team and Ministry of Education & Training, the World Bank or Traffic Safety Projects Management Unit (TSPMU), workshops, and seminars;Work on translation for Road Safety Materials for all education levels and other project-related documents;Other tasks as required by Project Manager.
