• Researched and developed educational framework (Social Emotional Learning) to integrate into existing products of the company in order to raise the standard of such programs. • Achievement: trainer in the program “Sinh Vien! Ban Can Gi?”; conducted two 10-session program based on SEL framework; translated all the fundamental materials of SEL for R&D department.
