My most significant success to date is to implement a project of cold rolling mill, galvanizing and color coating factory with a capacity of 700,000 tons per year in the position of Project Director. The factory has a closed production process, starting from hot rolled steel (HRC), going through the process of acid pickling, cold rolling, galvanizing, galvalume and color coating.I have experienced from project development phase, project planning, investment cost estimation, master plan layout design. From the design and construction work to the design of production flow charts and technology processes, from the construction of technical records of machinery and equipment to the formulation of domestic and international bidding plans, bidding, evaluation of bidding documents, negotiation and signing of contracts. Coordinated the civil construction, factory installation and installation of main and auxiliary technology equipment and machinery. Coordinating with contractor experts to carry out training and operation instructions for employees to bring the workshops into operation to achieve progress, quality and high efficiency.Project scale: A steel complex cold rolling mill with design capacity of 700,000 t.p.y. , includes one Push Pull Pickling Line, two Reversing Cold Rolling Mills, one single stand and one double stands, three Hot-Dip Continuous Galvanizing Lines, one Continuous Color Coating Line with full options, it can produce both architectural and home appliances products, and some accompanied equipment such as, CNC Roll Grinders, Tension leveling and Recoiling Lines, Acid Regeneration Plant, and Slitting Lines.
