The Jagriti Yatra is a 15-day and 8000-km long train journey across India during which 450 selected young Indian changemakers (and a few foreigners) meet the role models of the country.Among 10.000+ applications, I was selected as one of the 75 Facilitators to accompany the transformative journey of the 450 participants. I was facilitating a 5-person cohort for 15 days, leading them to win the Biz Gyan Tree "Arts & Culture" Challenge - Jagriti Yatra's iconic business plan competition aimed at finding solutions against the issues of rural India.I share my experience in the article below!

Ebano Finance connects investors with African companies. We focused, on the investor side, on Private Equity funds, International Finance Institutions, family offices and large Venture Capital funds. On the company side, we focused on SMEs or larger-size companies.My missions were:-Designing Ebano Finance's fundraising strategy and roadmap.-Creating and implementing Ebano Finance's digital marketing strategy-Business Development: finding and developing partnerships, identifying African companies, representing Ebano Finance at various eventsI also refreshed all Ebano Finance's marketing/communication materials: delivered 2 promotional videos, 1 flyer, 1 brochure, and various graphics.

Hong Kong

We launched the first incubator of "INCO" in Asia, in Hong Kong.So In So Good is a tech for good accelerator programme in Hong Kong for start-ups using technology to solve social/environmental issues. -Raised awareness about SoInSoGood & Groupe SOS Pulse among HK start-up & social business scene: brand content & events.-Supported the social entrepreneurship scene in HK.-Managed from scratch the social media strategy.-Managed the acceleration program: finding start-ups & mentors, designing the framework.-Provided a tailored support (as consultant/business developer) to the first crew of start-ups: Chears Technology, uHoo, SitnShower, FoodCycle+, MyDrCoach & Novus Technology.-Delivered 6 infographics, 3 event posters, 7 videos, 20 blog posts on the social entrepreneurship ecosystem and daily social media & print graphics.

Igbérè, Benin

Power:On is a French startup providing mini electric grids to rural villages in Benin. Power:On successfully led its pilot project in Igbérè in 2015 and aims to provide more off-grid villages with its mini-grids from 2016. My mission consisted in four main points:- Field study: interviewed hundreds of households in other off-grid villages.- Established from scratch a data collection tool to assess the social impact of Power:On towards poverty, health, education and safety in the long run. - Consulting mission in business development (where Power:On could expand its mini-grids in the long run) and digital strategy.- Created a video presenting Power:On to investors and generally, all the people interested in the project.
