I have been working at a car interior factory for over 5 years and currently hold the position of head of the electrical department, overseeing the overall electrical systems of the products manufactured at the factory.I establish processes, coordinate, and plan the activities of electrical technicians in the department to ensure smooth daily operations and production. I graduated with a degree in Mechatronics, which has equipped me with comprehensive technical knowledge. Therefore, I clearly understand each job position in the technical department. My immediate goal is to become a technical department manager, and future down the line a technical director and factory director in the future.
