Math & Science Summer Program (MaSSP) founded by Vietnamese community at Massachusetts Institute of Technology offers high school and undergraduate students opportunities to explore applications of math, science, and programming; conduct research appropriately; and communicate science effectively.• Selected from more than 200 applicants to join the intensive 2-week Data Science 2023 Cohort, with the theme being the overview of Deep Learning.• Supported participants in interactive AI-related activities in MaSSP Open Day 2023 as an organizing member.• Cooperated with 2 other members in the final project ‘Vietnamese Fake News Detection Based on Tokenization from Pre-trained Models and Word Embeddings BiLSTM Model’ (Topic: Natural Language Processing - NLP).• Recognised by MaSSP and Vietnam Institute for Advance Study In Mathematics (VIASM) for outstanding performance and contribution
