Quynh Van has been with PwC Vietnam for over 24 years. She is currently the General Director and Country Senior Partner, an appointed position she has held since January 2011. Professionally, Quynh Van helps her clients solve problems that matter to them. She advises them on the implications of relevant Vietnamese laws and regulations can have on their respective business decisions. On a personal front, Quynh Van believes everyone can contribute to nation building. She is passionate about:1) Ensuring every Vietnamese child has access to good education: Quynh Van actively participates in the firm's CR initiative that works with different rural schools, providing financial or in-kind support to help improve the lives of needy children in both Cao Bang and Ha Giang provinces.2) Promoting good corporate governance and helping shape the future of the local market. Quynh Van is willing to share her experiences drawn from working with successful MNSCs to Vietnamese businesses and help them to achieve growth agenda.3) Leading the gender balance agenda: Quynh Van strongly believes that empowering women in leadership positions is one of her paying it forward responsibility.
