Customer Quality Service:- Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality- Handle customer complaint, customer return and other customer quality requirements- Drive customer complaint resolution by carrying out root cause & failure analysis, dimensional analysis, or other means then create 8D report and submit to customer on time. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective & preventive actions- Consistent follow up and drive internal quality improvement activities through 8D report to achieve the customer issue reduction goals- Responsible for communicating with customers and conducting quality customer satisfaction surveys and planning for quality improvementProcess Quality Engineer:- Lead QC Technicians to manage In-Process Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards by strict compliance in mass production to established procedures, work instructions and specifications- Support problem solving/troubleshooting in mass production. Collaborate with process engineer to research and analyze to quickly find the root cause- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality- Yield Analysis and Process Support - Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions.- Define and develop the appropriate inspection plans and inspection methods, receive inspection auditors directly- Set up processes for QC team including preparation of quality control plan, sampling plan, process audit, FAI (first article inspection), non-conforming product disposition, data collection and analysis etc.- Support purchasing team to quality new supplier and perform yearly audit and resolve incoming material issues.

- Investigate and find out the root cause the defective products of the customer complaints- Make 8D report to feedback for customer's complaint- Follow up consistently and drive internal quality improvement activities through 8D report to achieve the customer issue reduction goals- Collaborate with production, technical team to research and improve product quality- Perform outgoing quality control for the finished goods, ensure all products meet internal/external quality standards before shipping- Manage workers and laboratory equipment- Calculate Cpk for all product and manage control chart to find unstable trend of products
