Promoted as Chief Executive Officer in Health Careers Group from November 2015.

In November 2015, I have been appointed as the CEO of the MWT group. A privately owned holding company that is headquartered in Kochi, India and associated with Health Careers International Australia. The MWT Group was set up in 2002 to fill an untapped niche in the industry. It operates through four main units: MWT Education Consultancy, MWT Technologies and the Institute of Health and Management(IHM) & Maxworth Minerals India Pvt Ltd. We offer products and services in various specialized sectors. These include Healthcare and Management Course deliveries, Overseas Educational Consultancy, Online Education and Software development, Minerals processing and trading in India and overseas.

• As the CEO of the MWT Group, I am responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long term strategy. • I am also responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for ensuring that the Company’s long and short term plans are aligned to the core vision and objectives. • I am the direct liaison between the Board and management of the Company and communicate to the Board on behalf of management. • I oversee design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services.• I recommend the yearly budget for Board approval and ensure that resources are allocated within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.• At MWT, we believe that ensuring that a positive and constructive work climate is paramount to our growth and sustainable future - our employees are all part of our success story and I do all I can to promote efforts to attract, retain and motivate employees at all levels in the Company.

As the GM of the MWT Group, I supported the CEO in directing organizational processes and formulating a strategy for the future expansion and company growth.

Worked as a Project Manager in Target Underground. Responsible for the site preparation, Rig arrangement, bore plans, mobilization, project coordination and installations.
