The key responsibilities will among others include :* Responsible and accountable for Channel Partners Sales/ Business* Targets for the allocated branches* Assist /help bank Staff (SBM,PB,RM and CSO) to generate leads and log in prospective applications* Driving and motivating the branch staff along with bank Staff (SBM,PB,RM and CSO) and providing support for logging in applications sourced* Tapping the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation* Build relationship with the bank Staff (SBM,PB,RM and CSO) and ensure the business targets and Productivity targets of the allocated branches are met effectively* Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required* Work collectively with bank Staff (SBM,PB,RM and CSO) and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business nos.* Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objectiveProject : Sinarmas Bank (Branch)
