- Evaluate customers problem, identify root causes and give solutions- Provide product trainings to staffs and customers.- Work with programmer team to resolve the complex issue- Work with sales team in product promotional activities- Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities, customer issues and resolutions for reference purposes

- Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions about customs declaration's issues- Telemarketing new product to customers- Collaborate with network operational teams if necessary
