Task:• Assist QA Engineer to launch new model, setup line and prepare first article report.• Follow up and coordinate product quality issues which are detected by production and customer.• Cross check process assembly build according to drawing requirements.• Embark process improvement projects with process engineering, production for process and customer top process defects.• Perform the periodic process audit based on customer or internal process checklist.

- Introduction to product packages in ASEM - Leadframe base.- Autocad commands to support design work.- Review BOM Approval System request, customer BD, External BD prior to generate internal BD.- Review Design and Development masterlist for reference to generate internal BD.- Update/Create internal BD checklist form.- Calculate wire consumption rate.- Update PDD system.

- Create and update Assembly Build Instruction, NPI and existing.- Follow up physical board for Assembly Build Instruction update.- Review customer drawing.- Cross check process Assembly Build Instruction according to drawing requirement.- Review supplier First Article Inspection.- Inspect board and touch up board.- Create and submit First Article Inspection Report to customer.- Coordinate Purge activity based on internal triggering until closure. Monitor and follow up with QE/ PE for disposition until closure.- RMA, Customer complaints, update Customer Return Good (CRG) Tracker.- Trigger internal team to kick start RMA process step (PM/PE/QE).Follow up for RMA until shipment in order to close and update the CRG tracker.- Customer Source Inspection submission for PCBA and HLA level.- Verify/Check Test Report for PCBA and HLA, prior shipping and CSI Submission.- Stamping box at packing after verify test report for shipment.- Responsible on EPM Calibration system update (3month/6month). - Perform visual check on visual inspection Template(s) including change sticker and highlight if found any abnormality.- Send tools/Caliper/Go no Gauge/Jigs for In-house Calibration.- CQF generation based on available template(s) as per identified model list (Send to QE to share to Customer).- Verify On-hold boards/physical located inside the cage (Quality Clinic). In-case unable to judge defect based on IPC spec, inform QE for verification/disposition.
