Regional Senior Adviser Program Operations
Current- Leading operations feasibility reviews for the country offices in the Asia region including recourse allocation, process mapping, standardization and SWAT analyses; developing and follow-up of management improvement plans - Leading the reviews of operating models and structure in the country offices and recommending organizational structure and ways of working aiming to improve performance, quality of program delivery and impact to beneficiaries - Providing change management support and advisory to countries during the internal change processes as well during the implementation of new policies and procedures- Monitoring and analyzing country offices performance against standardized KPI’s and supporting country office senior management teams to implement improvement plans - Supporting country offices on programme management, including reviews of Project Plans, Budget Forecast and BvA reports, monthly and quarterly country and program reports and quality benchmarks- Supporting country offices to develop humanitarian strategy, humanitarian response plans and budget, and in the case of humanitarian response taking the backstopping role at the regional level- Regional workstream lead for risk management and KPI performance
