As a public campaigner at YAPPIKA-ActionAid, I work with local communities and stakeholders to advocate for social justice and human rights issues, such as land rights, environmental protection, and gender equality. I have been in this role for six months, and I enjoy applying my communication, problem solving, and analytical skills to create and implement effective campaigns that raise awareness and influence policy change. Before joining YAPPIKA-ActionAid, I was a greenhouse assistant at The Farmhill, where I gained hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture and horticulture. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from the University of Jember in 2023, where I also participated in multiple national competitions and won several awards for my research papers on topics such as nanotechnology, tobacco waste, and integrated pest management. My education and experience have equipped me with a strong foundation in both the technical and social aspects of agricultural development, and I am passionate about using my knowledge and skills to contribute to the empowerment and well-being of marginalized communities.
