As the Corporate Communication and CSR Manager, I am responsible for creating and developing a holistic communication strategy to enhance the company’s reputation, manage its public image, and oversee its CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s values, goals, and objectives.

- Manage all CSR programs/activities, from planning and budgeting, executing, monitoring and reporting to management.- Establish mutual partnership and work with internal (marketing, logistic, distribution, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (Ministry of Health, Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs, hospitals, local government, local health practitioners, NGOs, KOL, Influencer, agency) to ensure the success of the CSR programs.- Create/conceptualize and producing/updating promotional materials for CSR campaign, such as brochures, flyers, banners, poster.- Support Brand Activation Department to organize marketing communication campaigns for nutritional products (vidoran), such as IG Live and sponsorship events. - Media monitoring and analysis.- Copywriting CSR news for company website, annual report, and newsletter.- Other administrative work as necessary.

- Daily website maintenance.- Create/conceptualize for all internal communication channels and publication materials, such as brochures, posters, newsletters, company profiles, product profiles, company’s vision/mission campaigns, email blasts, etc.- Develop/copywriting for all internal news for internal communication (email blasts, printed newsletter).- Doing Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) for Chicco and Restylane, such as develop community website, create programs/campaigns with KOL/Influencer (obstetrician-gynecologist, nutritionist, dermatologist, beauty blogger, journalist), etc.- Website content development for all sub companies.- Assist in video company/product profile’s production.- Assist in preparing internal and external events.- Organize CSR programs.- Organize media relations activities.- Dealing with vendor and clients for all communication needs.- Others administrative work as necessary.
