My key responsibilities include:• Readiness the quality system of Ansell India (One month) – Physical• Insect inspection Mumbai warehouse (One week) – Physical• Lead supervise and accomplish QA FRL testing to meet quality and regulatory requirements.• Recommended innovative alternatives to generate revenue and reduce unnecessary costs (Kaizen bestzone winner fy17).• Implement the value stream mapping related to FRL testing.• Calibration analysis and data analysis.• Employee trainings and on the job trainings for the subordinates to ensure competency and skills.• Review relevant SOPs of all the areas and do the necessary changes to align with QMS• Communicate with packing, planning, warehouse, and manufacturing• Maintain a safe work area (member of fire and first aid team)• Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes
