He started work in 2000 with Speed Aviation consulting, At speed aviation his great knowledge and talent in creative writing gave him a rare opportunity to write a compelling speech for the newly Managing Director of Cameroon Airlines at the time. He established OLAN & JOHNSON, embracing new ideas and strategy for brand development. His company produced great brand ideas for major start ups, among was next page productions owned by Nollywood icon Stephanie Okereke which has become a foremost film production company. It also co-branded the Film premiere of the movie in Lagos, Nigeria. OLAN & JOHNSON’s clientele has grown consistently. The company branded the city of Ilorin, Kwara State during the 50th Celebration of Nigeria’s Independence. In 2010, OLAN & JOHNSON provided brand services for the New York Film Academy training program. It also worked with EXP to develop the pilot project new brand presence for First Bank, Marina. OLAN & JOHNSON has evolved into a full brand consultancy, Signage and safety sign company.
