Job Profile :• Processing orders received in India, Nepal, Srilanka and Bagladesh .• Scrutinizing critical orders/LC’s for correct terms.• Coordination with 9 plants across US, Europe & Asia for on time and correct supply.• Initiated order processing through our Singapore Hub.• Handling International and Domestic Purchases.• Rate negotiations with vendor’s for domestic as well as international purchase• Contract finalization with Transporters/Freight Forwarders/CHA’s for domestic as well as international Cargo movements. • To facilitate import clearances in coordination with CHA’s.• Standardization of freight rates from all international locations. • Coordination with Sales/Marketing teams to get correct orders.• To train Sales team on acceptable order terms.• Addressing issues related wrong/short/warranty supplies.• Actively involved in SAP implementation process for SD and MM module. For last one year SAP is in progress without any major hurdle.• Warehousing and Inventory management for local stock and sale orders.• SIOP process implementation.• Initiated order processing through our Singapore Hub.• Follow up with Sales/plants to achieve revenue targets. For last 8 quarters targets are achieved consistently.• Setting up MIS process so that Sales Team is updated on order status.• Part of a team which facilitates Tender Management• Trained and part of PPI ( Practical Process Improvement) projects.• Responsible for CAS ( Customer Assessment Survey) score of Order fulfillment division.

JOB PROFILE :• Co ordination with Marketing Department for development of packing.• Designing of packaging material as per for Export as well as Domestic Jobs.• Preparation of packing schedule for Export & Domestic Jobs.• To ensure material availability before starting work.• To ensure timely delivery without any quality problems.• Maintenance of all packing machineries.• Preparation of Packing Lists.• Co-ordination with production & Export department regarding dispatches.
