I was hired by Fluid to develop a database management system for both their production business and multi-warehouse equipment rental business. The application we built together has successfully automated redundant tasks and greatly reduced production staff preparation times. Tasks I accomplished included:• Building a SQL database to manage multiple warehouses for Fluid's rental business. • Developing a front-end inventory management and invoicing application for the rental business. • Building and managing a SQL database for the film production business. • Built a web application of micro services to eliminate and reduce redundant tasks during operation. The micro services provided by the app include: Cast, crew, transportation, and project management; Automatic contract generator per crew member; Budgeting and Costing.

Working as a data analyst for an FMCG business with a diverse and large volume of daily B2B as well as B2C sales has been a treasured learning experience. Tasks I accomplished included:• Extracting, transforming, and cleaning 10 years of daily sales and inventory data and connecting them efficiently with product, brand, salesperson, customer, and supplier dimension tables. • Creating elegant reports to explore every aspect of the business. These included, but were not limited to daily, monthly and quarterly sales; performance by brand, category and product; customer purchasing behavior; sales team performance; inventory depletion rates. • Developing individual reports based on departmental requirements and sharing them through the Power BI service. • Performing trend analysis to forecast sales by product, brand, and category.• Using Advanced DAX formulas to build a dynamic Aged Trial Balance table with indicators to easily monitor accounts receivable.
