• Ensures agency’s sales strategies and processes are compliant with the Bank’s policies, direction, regulation, especially that of the Agency Code of Practice, Ethics and Conduct; Recommends and implements strategies that utilize agency strength and capabilities; Strategizes plans, formulates and conceptualizes of sales marketing activities; Monitors and analyzes the competitive environment for current offers and programs available for third party agencies as benchmark for programs to be launched; Forecasts plans to achieve sales objectives for the group; Provides sales and business directives to the sales team through up-to-date sales data and tending, market information and product support; Conducts monthly business review with the Sales Head to come up with analysis, strategy and directions; Launches successful boothing efforts for Cards and PL
