Office Associate
CurrentCintas recently promoted me to a position focused more towards the administrative and office related functions of the company, due to my familiarity with the internal business operations and ability to coordinate between management and operational staff. My duties involve: • Creating and reviewing service contracts, approving new accounts, and completing the necessary paperwork to facilitate account management. This includes performing background checks to confirm customer and vendor eligibility and ensuring that contract needs are able to be met.• Coordinating schedules of Cintas service representatives and installers in order to meet customer contract needs and install dates.• In accounts payable, I perform the processing of incoming and outgoing payments. Create purchase orders for Cintas warehouses. Ensure proper filing and organization of administrative paperwork and customer forms.
