Cintas recently promoted me to a position focused more towards the administrative and office related functions of the company, due to my familiarity with the internal business operations and ability to coordinate between management and operational staff. My duties involve: • Creating and reviewing service contracts, approving new accounts, and completing the necessary paperwork to facilitate account management. This includes performing background checks to confirm customer and vendor eligibility and ensuring that contract needs are able to be met.• Coordinating schedules of Cintas service representatives and installers in order to meet customer contract needs and install dates.• In accounts payable, I perform the processing of incoming and outgoing payments. Create purchase orders for Cintas warehouses. Ensure proper filing and organization of administrative paperwork and customer forms.

My position while working at Cintas involved servicing the Pacific Northwest region within the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana. My responsibilities included: • Performing manual and computer-assisted shipping and receiving duties. Handling all incoming and outgoing safety products and stock while ensuring accuracy and verifying materials against purchase orders, requisitions, packing slips, and inventory records.• Assessing incoming stock for inventory identification, cataloging, and verifying route locations against purchase orders within “System Applications and Product in Sales and Distribution”, the Cintas inventory software program.• As a certified forklift operator, I am responsible for operating a forklift for stock management, organizing pallets, and warehouse layouts.• Staging products and stock to prepare them for local pickups and deliveries.• Conducting daily cycle counts for quarterly and fiscal year-end inventory to ensure accuracy and resolve any inventory discrepancies.

Sales Service Representative Auburn, WAIn my initial position when I first joined the Cintas company, I was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships and my other duties included:• Periodically schedule site visits to replace used or outdated products. Was responsible for managing over 200 clients.• Introduced newer products to update and/or maintain our clients’ compliance with current ANSI/OSHA standards.• Provided training seminars and classes for customers on proper product usage and maintenance.

My responsibilities included cross-checking vehicle VIN numbers against dealership records, inspecting new/used vehicles, and verifying that listed accessories were properly accounted for and present on each vehicle. I also assisted in creating records for vehicles and helped in the layout of the vehicle sales lot.

Deployed in two overseas tours of Iraq while serving under the United States Air Force. My daily tasks included operations and maintenance of critical fluid systems related to water supply and treatment plants. I was also responsible for operating and constructing back-flow prevention devices, natural gas distribution systems, and fire suppression systems. I gained experience in reading and analyzing utility maps and building blue prints. I also gained an understanding of how to perform analysis of water and wastewater samples to ensure that they met and exceeded guidelines set by the Environmental Protection Agency.
