Responsible for the reliability and efficiency of all plant machinery and equipment including VFD motor driven conveyors, hydraulic pushers, gas ovens, and pneumatic forced product transfer. Supervising and motivating a crew of 6 employees, Assigning projects and PMs, overseeing repairs, assembly and disassembly, and weekly PMs of equipment. Completing performance reviews while expecting increasing performance standards. Responsible for safety training, extensive use of PPE, adherence to GMP standards and company policies. Completing weekly Safety Observations. Working directly with Maintenance Manager and Superintendent to schedule and complete projects.

Completed Work Orders and responded to repair issues with timely/creative problem-solving efficiency. Operating shop milling machine and lathe, reading micrometers, dial and digital calipers and other precision measuring tools. Worked with Engineers to install/modify equipment. Reported Maintenance Records in SAP and database.

Supervise up to 20 employees: interviewing/hiring, training, motivating/Team Building, performance reviews (KPIs), ADP Time/PTO Scheduling/Approvals, etc. Operation Supervision of 5 process centers within 3 production lines and providing accurate data in the Company's daily efficiency report, detailing the downtime during the shifts. Orderly/methodical work ethic adhering to the 5-S procedures throughout the plant, and root-cause analysis practices. Ensure product quality: overseeing Batch formula adherence and Lab testing met on time, addressing Holds and Corrections to ensure quality shipments. Production Reports associated with position: shift overlap, scrap, downtime, work orders, verbal and written Corrective Action/Disciplinary, Incident Reports, etc. Safety enforcement. Committed to safety compliance and clear reporting in the workplace. Maintain equipment efficiency handling repairs quickly & creatively, initiating contractor/delivery communications, and reporting.

Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities. Repair and clean the equipment when needed. Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner. Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
