As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing our next generation product using a variety of technologies, languages, and development environments. You will work on server software obtaining visibility into a wide range of technologies and end-to-end view of the system.•Develop scalable feature rich server applications for mobile multimedia applications for a variety of handsets and mobile platforms such as Android, iOs and WinPhone.•Work with highly scalable technologies such as Cassandra and ActiveMQ.•Within the Agile framework of Software Development, collaborate with the product owners on feature definition. •Work closely with Scrum Masters on sprint deliverables and project schedules.•Provide technical guidance to engineers in your team.•Participate in bug scrubs and provide technical guidance to the test teams to build manual and automated test suites.•Collaborate with OEMs to make their handsets compliant with the MobiTV suite of requirements.•Work closely with technical writers to ensure detailed product documents are maintained.•Design product features and present them to engineering and other groups.•Work closely with product management to develop products.•Strong track record in delivering scalable server technology.•Ability to effectively communicate your opinion on scalable design options.•Repositories such as Cassandra, MongoDB or HBase.•Message brokers such as ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ•Spring and Hibernate•Deliver enterprise class web and/or wireless products
