Dino is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, and Research (MERL) practitioner with a strong background in project management, information communication technology, and management information systems. I also possess significant experience in data management systems for health, humanitarian, education, and other social services interventions. I have over 10 years working experience as a monitoring and evaluation specialist providing organizational systems development support to civil society organizations and Government of Nigeria institutions on behalf of international organizations and donor-funded platforms. This position required the collection of quantitative and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with key respondents from state social insurance agencies in the North Central states of Nasarawa, Benue, Kogi, Plateau, Kwara, and the FCT. Data collected were also transcribed and preliminary analysis carried out by me. I also wrote and submitted comprehensive reports on analyzed data and my field experiences.
