Over the course of my career, I have experienced the construction industry from every angle – in trade, as a shop fitter and glazier; as site manager for several major projects including Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square; and in consultancy as project manager for numerous large-scale developments. I have worked across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, retail and retirement living, managing the full lifecycle of complex projects from design to delivery. Drawing on my industry knowledge and wide network of relationships across sectors, my primary focus is on growing the Projects division of our business, and developing the team to diversify our project sector penetration. I enjoy stakeholder management and designing project outcomes that fully satisfy the needs of clients, contractors and the broader community.I'm a communicator and facilitator who prefers to listen before speaking and collect input from all perspectives before making decisions. I take the same consultative approach to everything I do, both in life and in business. Above all I enjoy mentoring and empowering people and derive immense satisfaction from seeing them develop to challenge their potential and exceed their own expectations.
