Building manager for three strata plans, 9 buildings in total over 250 units under my care.

I've worked as a building manager for two strata plans, over 200 units under my care. My background when in my was youth as a builder and a handyman allowed me to identify defects in the tough environment of a 'Toplace' developments in Rosebery. I managed to identify defects and as a problem-solving individual tried my best to solve every issue in my buildings.I've enjoyed my time in Marigold and I consider my Supervisor, Sy Roberton as the best I've ever worked with. Unfortunately, (or fortunately,) I've been headhunted by another company and my time in Marigold came to a premature end.

For ten years I've worked as a Facilities Manager in a Press Distribution Center, being responsible for a the two building complex in an industrial area. Later I've been assigned the creation of a new internal security team to replace the subcontracting security in the company. After ten years in the company I decided to move to Sydney to advance my career.
