- Manage monthly and annually reporting (P/L, Balance Sheet) and explain it to the board; ensure cash-flow management process are in place; manage and coordinate the outsourced bookkeeping service and tax consultant; oversee that the accounting operations comply with all tax and legal regulations and provisions; ensure fixed assets are controlled; manage liaison with internal and external auditors; apply and/or implement their recommendations.- Manage annual budget and quarterly forecasts and explain it to the board; analyze variances vs budget including understanding and acting on drivers; manage relevant analysis on business development identifying risks and suggesting recommendations; drive costs negotiations and cost reductions wherever possible.- Analyze, redesign and implement procedures and controls in the collection of financial information.
