Member of management/leadership team responsible for the operation of a regional amusement facility consisting of three amusement piers and two water parks with patronage of over 3,000,000 guests annually. Responsible for the daily operation of three large amusement piers consisting of 56 rides and attractions, as well as over 40 game outlets. Oversee operational departments including: training, ride operations, games, park services, health and safety, wardrobe, and audio/visual services. Conceive and lead the development of training for the ride operations, games, park services, and health and safety departments. Work with maintenance leadership to develop training for technicians. Develop and oversee the execution of company-wide seasonal onboarding programs for all departments. Implement and manage a company-wide Learning Management System, as well as associated courses and materials. Oversee the recruiting of domestic employees, as well as interns and supervisors, for the amusement piers. Oversee all departmental purchasing as well as assist in evaluating prospective capital purchases.Oversee budget development process.Directly accountable for an operational budget of over $5 million.Responsible for facility risk management, including incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up.Responsible for the planning, creative development, and multi-disciplinary production of Morey's Piers former Halloween event: Morey's Fears - Terror on the Boardwalk. Assist in the development and approval of marketing collateral, pricing, and content in all modes of guest communication.

Responsible for park operations and the day to day management of an amusement pier with 28 rides and attractions.Recruitment, training, development, and supervision of over 200 seasonal staff including Ride Operations, Park Services, Wardrobe, Mascot Operations, and Supervisory Staff.

The annual IROC school focuses on developing and certifying world-class trainers throughout the amusement and attractions industries with a progressive curriculum based on best practices. As the school Director, Dino is responsible for assisting with the school's operation as well as facilitating various sessions throughout the week.
