• 20+ years overseeing all phases of multimillion dollar construction projects• Willing to travel up to 75% and maintain active passport• Familiar with OSHA standards and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs• Specializing in Project Management of high profile construction projects• Have lead 5+ Sr. Project Managers and handled large new construction capital expenditure projects on an international basis• Strong credentials and on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions• Able to handle from inception through design, permitting and profitable completion• Fluent in German / Dutch / English• Strong acquisition experience at the multi-million dollar level in commercial real estate venues• Handled setup of new commercial / industrial real-estate, renovations, and disposition of locations• Have managed between 5.5 – 6 million square feet of buildings valued at over $800M• Maintain strong relationships with peers and contractors nationwide and worldwide• Have estimated buildings utilizing conceptual renditions up to $105M• Negotiation and Award of All Owner / Consultant / Contractor Contracts.• Leadership of Entire Project Team to Ensure Profitable, Safe, and Timely Completion Of Project.• Complete cost control and tracking of multiple projects simultaneously (8+ at any given time).• Management of All Contractors Associated With Project.• Able to lead by example and effectively partner with global and regional counterparts
