I am a Senior Project Manager of a fast-growing Italian S.p.A., active in Management Consulting, which operates in the governance of complex projects, mainly in Business and Digital Transformation, Post M&A and more generally in professional services dedicated to financial services (banking and insurance).I have 24 years of experience in the insurance sector, eight of which have been gained directly at two important Italian insurance groups. From 11/2003 to 10/2009, I took part in the start-up of a non-life insurance company and held the position of Organisation and Change Manager for about 4 years. From 11/2009 I started my professional career in the business consulting.
